HOT RUM PUNCH
SEASONAL
How to prepare:
- 250ml Cloudy apple juice
- 250ml Ginger beer
- 2 large Cinnamon sticks
- 50ml RedLeg
- 1 Lime
- Star Anise
Add the apple juice, ginger beer and cinnamon into a saucepan (no rum) and warm up on a low heat for around 45 minutes until the cinnamon has infused.
Divide between heatproof glasses and add 25ml of RedLeg. Squeeze the juice of a wedge of lime into the glass then discard. Give it a stir then garnish with the cinnamon stick and a star anise to serve.
