Hot Rum Slap

How to prepare:

  • 250ml cloudy apple juice

  • 250ml ginger beer

  • 2 large cinnamon sticks

  • 50ml RedLeg

  • 1 Lime

  • Star Anise

Add the apple juice, ginger beer and cinnamon into a saucepan (no rum) and warm up on a low heat for around 45 minutes until the cinnamon has infused.

Divide between heatproof glasses and add 25ml of RedLeg. Squeeze the juice of a wedge of lime into the glass then discard. Give it a stir then garnish with the cinnamon stick and a star anise to serve
