TROPICAL MANGO MOJITO

How to prepare:

  • 50ml RedLeg Tropical Rum
  • Half a lime, cut into 4 wedges
  • 4 chunks of mango
  • 10ml of sugar syrup
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Lemonade

Put the limes, mango and sugar syrup into a glass and muddle to release the juice, then add the RedLeg. Clap the mint leaves between your hands then drop in. Fill the glass with ice and give everything a good stir, then top with lemonade.
